#8 You always want to make your children happy, no matter what.
The world turns upside down for happy grandparents when they gift their granddaughter a bath set for Christmas. Can you imagine why?
Grandparents Richard Shiner and his wife Tracey bought a basic gift for their eight-year-old granddaughter from a store called, ‘Lush’, but after reading the label of the shower gel, they were taken back. There was something inappropriate written which was not suitable for the little one.
#7 The Lush Snow Fairy shower gel seemed appropriate for the young girl till the time they read the label.
Here, Tracey is holding the bottle of the shower gel which read, “How to use: if you really don’t know how to use this, then we suggest you find someone you really like and invite them into the shower with you to demonstrate.”
#6 complained.
Yes, they complained and also received an apology from the store manager. However, debates went on regarding if the bottle was intended for children. Richard claims that the label didn’t mention anything about age restrictions and said, “It was called, ‘Little Snow Fairy’ which to me indicates it is ideal for kids.”
The main part is still left. Read ahead to know.
#5 Then other people also jumped in to comment.
A person named, Deborah commented that it was really foolish to buy a present for a kid at a store called, ‘Lush’.
#4 Grandparents were completely unaware about how Lush advertises itself.
The grandparents were completed off-track when it came to the way Lush advertises itself. Their soft-coeur massage bars are described as, “It’s believed that just the scent of chocolate can cause a spike in dopamine and beta-endorphins, which increase feelings of pleasure,” which describes how they have nothing to hide. Their website screenshot also tells the same story.
#3 Not just steamy, but they get political too.
The brand has also collaborated with organisations like AccessNow in a fight against internet shutdowns.
This store displays the Lush Error 404 bath bomb which says, “”The bath bomb that fights against internet shutdowns #keepiton”
#2 Resolved or unresolved?
Well, the issue remains unresolved. Though it can be noted that many people might be unaware about the store but the label was clearly well readable which should have been taken into account before gifting it to a little kid.
