Frankie instantly recognized her look of sheer desperation — a look that was begging for help from anyone willing to do so.
As it turned out, the 14-year-old girl was the baby’s mother.
A customer named Alease Scott saw the teen — and put down her lunch as soon as she saw the newborn in her arms.
