Patty Sanchez weighed 330 kilograms (over 720 pounds) at one point in her life while in a romantic relationship with a man who loved to see women gain weight. He was so jubilant to see her put on weight that he almost forced her to eat over 13,000 calories a day and his life was in danger.
Become emotionally unstable and physically in danger of de*th, Patty realized that she had to do something because she was caught in her bed and could not walk anymore.
